In Cheap Room XL you can still see the original design from the opening 20 years ago. These apartments are just as clean and functional as the Balkony View Apartments, but unlike them, they have not yet received a design upgrade – and are therefore particularly affordable.
All Cheap Rooms XL have a spacious balcony overlooking the park-like old trees in front of the building. In the sleeping and living area you will find a large box spring bed with a view of the flat-screen TV and a comfortable sofa. The desk has enough storage space even for larger stacks of files. The large closets and safe offer enough space for your personal luggage. The WLAN with fast fiber optic connection connects you with the whole world. In the kitchen area there is basic equipment for you, including dishes, cutlery, refrigerator and stove with oven or microwave. Further equipment such as Nespresso machine, toaster, iron and much more is available on request, mostly free of charge. In the modern bathroom you will find a washstand, WC and bath or shower.

Die großen Kleiderschränke und der Safe bieten genug Raum für Ihr persönliches Gepäck. Das WLAN mit schneller Glasfaser-Anbindung verbindet Sie mit der ganzen Welt. Im Küchenbereich steht eine Grundausstattung für Sie bereit, einschließlich Geschirr, Besteck, Kühlschrank und Herd mit Backofen oder Microwelle.
